10 Must-Have Books for Tween Boys that Make Perfect Gifts

The tween years are especially tricky when it comes to shopping for boys. It’s that awkward age when toys become less age-appropriate, and the wish list becomes more expensive. If you’re a parent or a relative of a child in this age group, you’re probably wondering what to gift the tween in your life this year.

Don’t despair; books are always great gift solutions. Whether your tween is a book-lover or a reluctant reader, the good news is there’s a book out there for everyone! After all, there’s no such thing as a kid who hates reading, just kids who are reading the wrong books.

My son is a testament to that. As the mom of a tween boy who was once a reluctant reader, I must say his reading began to soar once he found a genre he loved. My tween adores humorous fiction and will often read the same book repeatedly and laugh as if reading it for the first time. It just makes my momma heart happy to see him enjoy reading.

Perhaps this year, you will gift your tween a book that will increase their love of reading.
